Do I need a finance degree?

No. The first three weeks cover accounting and finance fundamentals. Maths confidence helps.

Will I learn Excel or just theory?

Excel is the backbone of the programme. You build dashboards, models and valuations end to end, not just read about them.

Is the mentorship always in London?

Most UK partner finance functions are in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol and Leeds. We match to your geographic preference where possible. Remote mentorship programmes are also available.

What does a UK Financial Analyst earn?
