Weeks 3-5

Requirements elicitation

Interviews, workshops, observation, document analysis.

Process modelling

BPMN, swim lanes, as is vs to be, identifying waste.

Weeks 9-11

Documentation that ships

User stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs.

Weeks 12-13

Stakeholders and change

RACI, stakeholder maps, change impact, communications planning.

Weeks 14-16

Tooling and reporting

Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro and Power BI.
