Four phases, one outcome: you get hired
Every Excellent Careers programme follows the same four phase Career Launch framework. By the end you have the training, the experience and the network to walk into a role with confidence.
1. Foundations
A 100 hour online self study course covering the core knowledge and tools of your chosen field. You work through it at your own pace with a dedicated course tutor available for questions and support throughout.
2. Applied projects
Real client style projects that you build from brief to delivery, reviewed line by line by your mentor.
3. Work placement
A 12 week placement with one of our partner employers, where you contribute to live work and build the experience employers actually hire for.
4. Career launch
CV and LinkedIn polish, interview prep and warm introductions to our hiring network. We support you until you land a role.
