Four phases that build practical career readiness
Every Excellent Careers programme follows the same four phase Career Launch framework. By the end you have the training, the experience and the network to walk into a role with confidence.
1. Foundations
A 100 hour online self study course covering the core knowledge and tools of your chosen field. You work through it at your own pace with a dedicated course tutor available for questions and support throughout.
2. Applied projects
Real client style projects that you build from brief to delivery, reviewed line by line by your mentor.
3. Industry mentorship
Supervised practical training exercises delivered by an industry professional to help you apply course learning.
4. Career readiness
CV workshops, portfolio feedback and interview preparation focused on helping you present your skills with confidence.
